The Core of the Community Fund is a product the Village of Massena’s successful Downtown Revitalization Initiative grant application, as well as the Village of Massena's dedicated focus on community and economic development. This exciting program is designed to breathe new life into our downtown area, invigorate local businesses, and create job opportunities for our residents. This program assists eligible individuals, for-profit and not-for-profit entities with building renovation improvements and small business assistance. The fund aims to foster a more vibrant, prosperous, and inclusive downtown area that supports businesses and fortifies the community.
