The tax levy for the Village of Massena for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2022 is $ 6,118,014.  This is based on a taxable assessed valuation that this year totals $ 364,460,694., resulting in a tax rate of $ 16.507497 per thousand dollars for the portion of the Village in the Town of Massena, $ 20.379626 for the portion in the Town of Louisville, and $ 20.895493 for the portion in the Town of Norfolk.
