Business Development Corporation for a Greater Massena

The Business Development Corporation for a Greater Massena (the "BDC") is a local development corporation created by and for the Town and Village of Massena, New York.

The BDC's primary mission is to encourage economic growth and expansion through financial incentives, thus advancing job opportunities, health, general prosperity, and the economic welfare of the people of Massena, New York.  The BDC's operations are funded entirely through Town and Village support, grants, fees, rents, and interest income.
