Massena's location on the bank of this mighty river provides an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs to build or expand their carp fishing business. David Moore, of the American Carp Society, states "Massena will be far ahead of the curve in the development of carp-related industries because they've taken the initiative to be leaders in an evolving market."
